Colour Analysis & Professional Grooming Workshop: A Day of Confidence and Style
On Thursday, 23 October 2025, Amdee Corp Training & Consultancy successfully organized a special program titled “Colour Analysis & Professional Grooming”, held at Amdee Event Space, Seberang Jaya, Penang. The program, which ran from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., received an overwhelming response from participants, with attendance limited to only 25 people to ensure a focused and interactive learning experience.
This workshop aimed to help participants identify their personal skin tone in order to choose clothing colors that best complement their appearance, not only to look stylish but also to project confidence and professionalism. In addition, the program emphasized proper self-grooming techniques so that participants could present themselves neatly and confidently, whether in the workplace or in daily life. The session was led by Puan Rina Baha, a Certified Professional Image & Color Consultant, who passionately shared her expertise and experience. She highlighted that color and style are not merely about external appearance, but also play a crucial role in building self-confidence and a positive personal image.
Throughout the day, participants were introduced to the theory of color and color psychology, learning how different colors can influence emotions, perceptions, and confidence. They also gained a deeper understanding of their skin undertones and learned how to coordinate outfits to avoid looking dull or mismatched. The session also covered wardrobe planning and personal styling tips to help them stay organized and always ready for any occasion. One of the most exciting parts of the program was the personal color test, where participants eagerly discovered which color palette best enhanced their natural features.
The atmosphere during the workshop was lively, engaging, and filled with laughter. Participants not only gained valuable knowledge but also enjoyed morning tea, lunch, and afternoon refreshments in a relaxed and friendly setting. Many expressed their satisfaction with the program, sharing that they now feel more confident in choosing the right outfits and colors that highlight their best selves. One participant mentioned that before attending the workshop, she never realized how much color could affect her overall appearance and confidence but now, she feels empowered to dress with purpose and poise.
Overall, the Colour Analysis & Professional Grooming Workshop successfully achieved its goal of helping participants look more confident, polished, and professional through a deeper understanding of color and personal style.
