On December 4th, 2025, Amdee Corp proudly hosted its Employee Health and Wellness Program at Koperasi Tunas Muda, Sungai Ara, Penang. The half-day session, held from 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM, brought together employees from various departments for an enriching morning filled with learning, self-reflection and practical wellness strategies. Led by the highly engaging and knowledgeable Dr. Mustaqim Bin Isham, MD, the program offered a refreshing perspective on workplace health that resonated deeply with the participants.

From the very beginning, the session set a warm and encouraging tone. Dr. Mustaqim introduced the concept of the Triad of Health, explaining how physical, mental and social well-being work hand-in-hand to shape a person’s overall health. Many participants later shared that this was the first time they truly understood how interconnected these dimensions were.
