Amdee Healthcare at HRD Corp Employer Briefing: Levy Power Boost
Recently, AmdeeCorp had the opportunity to participate as an exhibitor at the HRD Corp Employer Briefing: Levy Power Boost, held at Dewan Sultanah Bahiyah, Institute of Management and Integrity (INSPIN), Alor Setar, Kedah. The program brought together various employers, HR representatives, and industry players who share a common commitment to strengthening skills and human capital development within their organizations.
In addition to showcasing our programs, we were also able to introduce our training offerings more closely to employers and HR representatives, while gathering their feedback on the types of training most needed by their organizations. This gave us the opportunity to gain deeper insights into industry needs and to tailor our training programs to be more relevant and effective.
We took this opportunity to share how each of our programs can help organizations enhance employee skills, build more productive and competitive teams, and support the long-term development of their workforce.
At the same time, we also gathered direct suggestions and feedback from them regarding the types of training most needed in their organizations, whether in terms of technical skills, soft skills, or industry-specific training. These conversations were extremely valuable as they helped us understand the real challenges in the workplace and tailor our training programs to be more relevant, practical, and impactful.
